Casino News: Golden Palace Casino to Launch Anna Nicole Smith Slot
Incredible news from the world of slots. It is rumoured that online casino Golden Palace could be releasing a slot game featuring Anna Nicole Smith. Smith was the curvaceous blonde who died at the age of 39 in February 2007 through an overdose of prescription drugs. Known for her Marilyn Monroe looks, dizzy blond behaviour, and excessive lifestyle, Anna was also a Playboy model, a jeans model, and bride to an oil tycoon.
It is said Anna Nicole loved the Golden Palace Casino brand, especially liking their outrageous marketing efforts. Before her death, she had agreed to become a spokesperson for the casino. She entered the role with much gusto, even posing pregnant, naked and painted gold with the words GoldenPalace.com written over her body. The casino says "Like her persona, she wanted to capture the moment by doing something outrageous, memorable, and fun."
The pictures were taken in 2006, but because of her untimely death, were not released. However, the pictures have ‘surfaced’ and are now available at the casino. The never-seen-before pictures have been uploaded in homage to Anna Nicole and are "now being shared as a tribute to her free spirit and zany sense of humor that captured a worldwide audience and countless devoted fans."
Before her death, Anna Nicole was looking forward to the launch of her own exclusive slot machine. However, after her death, the idea was shelved. Rumour has it that the five reel machine will feature Anna’s favourite things, including diamonds, small dogs, bright lipstick, and lots of pink. No date has been set for its release.
