123 Spins Review
123 Spins Review
Launched in late 2017, 123 Spins was part of a series of online casinos that have been released by Jumpman Gaming in recent months, and they all have fairly similar problems, so it would be reasonable to assume the same will be true here.
However, working in assumptions is not what we do here, and we’ve all been pleasantly surprised before, maybe 123 Spins will be the site on the Jumpman network that finally changes things.
Acceptedly, it’s not the most likely occurrence in the world, as there are around 100 casino and bingo sites under Jumpman’s belt at this point and they seem to have missed the point of all of them, but you never know, so let’s take the time to look at this casino with unbiased eyes.
With less than a year’s experience behind it, 123 Spins should be looked at as a newbie of the iGaming word, despite there being many younger sites due to the rate of release, not only from Jumpman, but from many other operators.
This means that 123 Spins has a lot of work to do in order to stand out against the plethora of top-quality online casinos that already exist.
However, that’s not the only struggle this site has, as first, 123 Spins has to stand out against the myriad of other Jumpman sites, only once it’s done that can the bigger picture come into focus.
Design and theme
123 Spins is not a bad looking site, but that’s about the most positive description that is possible to give it, there is nothing particularly impressive or eye-catching here.
A colour scheme that involves a few shades of purple with touches of white makes for an attractive enough design, but, as with most Jumpman Gaming sites, there simply isn’t enough going on here to make any level of impact.
Scroll down the page and there’s even less design, with a white background standing behind the traditional thumbnails, and behind the information on the site that can be found further down the page still.
The white background was probably meant to be subtle, but it just looks lazy, or unfinished, and that’s a theme here.
Add to that the Jumpman touch of the site shouting at you to return if you go to a different tab on your browser, something that is nothing short of a total disgrace, intentional or otherwise, when you consider the priority being put on the protection of vulnerable gamblers, and the design here is classic Jumpman, when it isn’t lazy, it’s upsetting.
It’s fair to say that the games selection on offer at 123 Spins is substantially more impressive that the design, but that doesn’t take much to be fair.
That being said, there is a strong range of games available here, with titles coming from ELK Studios, Eyecon, Gamevy, iSoftBet, Microgaming, NetEnt, NextGen Gaming, PariPlay, Playson, SG Digital, and Yggdrasil, which is a decent collection by anybody’s standards.
However, if you are trying to make up for the shortcomings of a site that has as many as 123 Spins has, it takes more than a decent collection to make the difference, and 123 Spins has nothing else going for it.
Slots and table games are available in abundance, and if there was a solitary other redeeming feature at play here, that would probably be enough to tempt in some players, but there isn’t.
Instead what you get is a nice range of games, but not one that can compete with the big guns of the industry, and an utterly awful site outside of that.
