Aiming Big

The Prague based designer, developer, and manufacturer, has always had a taste for a risk, as proven in 2017 when Apollo Games’ 600sqm space was the largest by a first-time exhibitor in the history of the ICE Totally Gaming exhibition.

With Martin Knotek, Apollo’s CEO at the time, speaking confidently at the time of the company’s ambition, it is clear that this is a company that’s looking to make an impact going forward.

The BetConstruct Deal

In late March 2018, Apollo Games took their business to a new level when they struck a deal with BetConstruct that will see Apollo’s casino suite being made available on the BetConstruct platform.

Apollo’s current CEO, Jindriska Moravcova, made it clear that the company has lost none of its ambition despite its change of leadership, saying of the deal:

“This partnership represents a big milestone for Apollo Games and it is one of our most promising online projects in 2018.”

The subtext of this is that there is more to come from Apollo Games, and with their games now available to a wider audience thanks to the BetConstruct partnership, big things could occur.

What’s Next?

The BetConstruct partnership suggests a stronger look towards the online casino world from Apollo Games, who also have a strong presence in the land-based casino market.

The company’s website speaks of their intention to expand further into African markets as well as stating that entry into the Asian market is also “underway”.

Apollo Slots

For a company with such a strong eye toward the future, Apollo also pay due deference to the past, with classic three-reel style slots such as Smiling Joker, Bonus Joker, and Mystery Joker.

However, it is within the 3D slots in their collection that Apollo Games, even lesser known titles from the developer, such as Blood, a vampire-themed slot, show their ability to take a theme in a new direction.

Gangster World is arguably the jewel in the crown for Apollo Games, a stunning looking slot with a smooth soundtrack and complex and exciting features on offer.

The same can also be said for Slot Ghosts and Slot Birds, two games that are far more impressive in terms of design and concept than their names suggest.

Top-quality, and often unique features are a theme of Apollo Games, as are great looking slots, and as themes go, that certainly isn’t a bad couple to have picked up!

Apollo Games, is a company that may have been around for over a decade, but that doesn’t mean they’ve slowed down in their progression. In fact, it feels like this company is trying harder to evolve now than it ever has been.
