Sloty.com Review 

 

Just when you think that there can’t possibly be any more slots-based titles for online casino sites to use, someone comes along with the statement “why don’t we just put a ‘y’ after it?” and Sloty was born.

 

We have no evidence to back this up, but if the marketing meeting to create a name for Sloty took any longer than that then there are some people who really need to up their game in that marketing department. At least, that’s what you’d think.

 

Actually, as simple as this name appears, it has more intelligence to it than meets the eye, as it is in fact a combination of the words Slot and City, and acts as an introduction to the rather wonderful, if slightly eccentric concept of Sloty.

 

Based in an online casino cityscape that lives on a cloud (because of course it does) Sloty is one of the most entertaining sites you’re likely to come across, with a lot to offer for players.

 

It is to be expected that Sloty will do reasonably well just by being a charming online casino site, and it certainly is one of those, but at the same time, it’s fair to say that it takes a little more than charm to reach the highest heights of this competitive industry. Is Sloty likely to be able to do it?

 

Design and theme

 

When you land at Sloty you are immediately transported to the sky, where the city of the title is awaiting you, and it’s stunning. An intricate, detailed cityscape, complete with floating roulette tables, skyscrapers, and so much imagery based on casino games in general, and specific games available at the site that you’re likely to keep finding something new every time you look at it.

 

This image takes up a large percentage of the homepage, but not all of it, and a blue sky provides the backdrop for the rest of the site, maintain the city as the centrepiece.

 

Navigation is about as easy here as you will ever find at an online casino, with all games, promotions, and information being impressively simple to find.

 

When a site has a concept as immersive as Sloty, sometimes it can forget its purpose as a casino, but there is no such problem here. Sloty looks great, and has a stunning theme and outstanding artwork, but it sacrifices nothing in terms of usability to create that.

 

Games

 

This is where Sloty plausibly trips up as an online casino. That isn’t to say there aren’t good games here, because there certainly are, there just aren’t quite enough of them, at least not yet.

 

Sloty is still a relatively new site, and new deals and partnerships in the near future could see more games being aged, but until then, the choice is limited to titles from Evolution, LuckyStreak, Microgaming, NetEnt, NYX Gaming, Play'n GO, and Quickspin.

 

There’s a bunch of excellent games to choose from when it comes to the portfolios of these developers, but you will find those portfolios at many other online casinos too, and a decent percentage of them will also offer you titles from a range of other providers.

 

Slots, table and card games, live dealer titles, Sloty has made an excellent start when it comes to building its suite of games, but there is no doubt that more are going to need to be added if this site is to be truly competitive in the busy online casino market.

 

If the games on offer can catch up with the quality of the design here, then Sloty could change the world.
